We are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted jewelry made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our products, which is why we offer one year warranty from the date you receive your order for defects or issues resulting from the workmanship of the jewelry.

Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones, damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force, or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of La Tiera.

By submitting a warranty claim, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Return of Impacted Product: If your warranty submission is accepted, you must send the impacted product to us for quality assurance review and testing.

  • If the item is in stock, and your warranty submission is approved, you will receive a replacement of the same item.
  • If the item is not in stock due to inventory limitations or discontinuation, you will be issued a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the original item.
  • Third-party services: Leveraging a third party repair service will void La Tiera's warranty. La Tiera does not accept warranty claims with post-purchase modifications.
  • Promotional products: Items received from a promotion or campaign may be excluded from our warranty policy.

For extra peace of mind, you can purchase the La Tiera Lifelong Care Plan, which offers optional coverage for accidental damage and product failures. Please note that this plan is currently available only in the United States ,and on products purchased on/after June 1, 2026.

  • Accidental damage is protection for the product from unintentional breaks, drops, bends, etc.
  • Failures are mechanical or operational failure during normal use, and defect in materials or workmanship causing the product not to function as designed.


The plan also covers services like refinishing, polishing, clean and re-polishing, resetting pearls and gemstones and resizing. Kindly note resizing is limited to ten resizing per year

La Tiera Lifetime Care Plan does not cover damage occurring from abnormal use of the product or from not following manufacturer’s recommendations., lost or stolen items, damage caused by animals, damage caused by natural disasters, or damaged covered by insurance policies or other agreements.
