Many La Tiera pieces are made in small batches and finished with careful handwork. From stone selection and setting to polishing and final inspection, we focus on texture, balance, and details that make each piece feel personal and lasting.
What materials do you use?
We use materials such as natural stones, pearls, amber, 925 sterling silver, gold-plated sterling silver, and steel with 14K gold electroplating, depending on the design. You can find the specific material details on every product page and learn more in our Materials Guide.
What is the Everyday Edit made from?
The Everyday Edit uses a steel base with 14K gold electroplating. The 14K description refers to the gold plating; the base is steel. These pieces are not solid gold or sterling silver. Each item is priced at $35 before applicable discounts and includes complimentary tracked shipping to supported destinations. If an order also contains pieces from other collections, their normal shipping rate applies.
Are Everyday Edit earrings sold as a pair?
Yes. Onda, Lune, Alba, and Nila Everyday Edit earrings are sold as a pair, and their listed weights are for the pair. Check each product page for dimensions; our Size Guide also provides ring, bracelet, and necklace size references.
Do Everyday Edit pendants include a chain?
Clara, Seraphine, and Adora are pendant-only pieces. A chain is not included. Check the included components on each product page before ordering.
Will natural stones, pearls, or amber look exactly the same as the photos?
Natural materials may have slight variations in color, pattern, shape, texture, or internal markings. These natural differences are part of the beauty of each piece and make every item feel uniquely yours.
How should I care for my jewelry?

Yes. Many of our pieces are designed for everyday wear, but we recommend treating them with care. Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or applying skincare and perfume.
How do the Selene and Celeste long pearl necklaces differ?
Selene Grey Shell Pearl Tassel Lariat Necklace uses grey shell pearls and has a listed length of 80 cm (31.5 in). Celeste Baroque Freshwater Pearl Lariat Necklace uses baroque freshwater pearls with gold-plated silver details and has a listed length of 88 cm (34.6 in). Yes, we offer international shipping to selected destinations. Shipping time may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local delivery service.
Are customs duties and import taxes included?
Yes. Orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service to destinations available at checkout. Duties, import taxes, and customs-related charges are prepaid or handled through our shipping arrangement, so you should not be asked to pay unexpected customs fees upon delivery. If a carrier requests an additional customs payment, please contact us before paying whenever possible.
Can I return my order?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging. Ordinary return shipping is paid by the customer, and we do not charge a restocking fee. Custom or personalized pieces, gift cards, items clearly marked Final Sale, and earrings are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible—preferably within 48 hours of delivery—with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, La Tiera will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a return label, as appropriate.
