At La Tiera, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If your order is not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Free from scratches, marks, fragrance, lotion, or signs of wear
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or style changes when available.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect your original item, we will help arrange the exchange.
If the item you want is out of stock, we can offer a refund or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A photo of the packaging
We will review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
