Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via air parcel through our third-party logistics partner.
We currently use DDP shipping, which means Delivered Duty Paid. Import duties, taxes, and customs-related charges are handled in advance, so you do not need to worry about unexpected customs fees upon delivery.

Standard Tracked Shipping via air parcel is USD 12.00.

Order Processing Time
In-stock items are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Custom-made items require approximately 20 days of processing time, and we will keep you updated on the progress by email.

Tracking Your Order

Duties, Taxes & Customs
We ship orders using DDP service, which means duties and taxes are prepaid or handled through our shipping arrangement.
This allows customers to enjoy a more concern-free delivery experience, without needing to handle customs payments separately.
If you are unexpectedly asked to pay additional customs fees, please contact us before making payment whenever possible, or send us a receipt so we can review the issue.
